Mr.
Muhammad is experienced in field inspection of surface preparation
and coating application. On projects he was responsible
for performing and/or witnessing all testing in accordance
with detailed coating specifications and closely monitoring
the contractor's surface preparation, application procedures,
and quality control programs. He was involved in the
construction monitoring of a project in the New York area,
which involved extensive repair and welding, and the
complete repainting of the exterior surfaces. This
project was environmentally sensitive and required complex
blast containment procedures, and had to be completed
within a very restricted time frame. Mr. Muhammad was
in full charge of the daily field monitoring of all the contractor's
work and was instrumental in the successful completion
of this project.
Mr.
Muhammad has been trained and is experienced with the following
equipment: Testex Press-a-Film Profile Measurement System
Surface Contamination Detection Device (soluble salts)
Wet Film Thickness Gauge
Dry Film Thickness Gauge
Certified Thickness Calibration Standards
Sling Psychrometer and Psychometric Tables
Wet Sponge Holiday Detector (low voltage)
Tooke Gauge
Adhesive Force Measurement Device
Cross-Hatch Adhesion Tester
High Voltage Holiday Detectors
